Four bedrooms(1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds), 2.5 baths, approx. 2,900 sq. ft., 2-story, 3-car garage, deluxe kitchen w/upgraded appliances, e.g., double oven, island, family room w/wet bar, formal dining room, & front room. Beautiful back yard with large swimming pool (not heated) w/water fall, grotto and rock slide and yes, did I mention the exclusive private lake we are located on?

Our home has a comfortable fit for travelers who enjoy plenty of space, room to entertain, kick up your feet and watch football, cook, swim in your own private swimming pool and gaze at spectacular sunsets. We are only minutes away from the Westgate Project, (AZ Cardinals & Phoneix Coyotes), the Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, nice restaurants and a movie theatre. Easy access to fwy 101 (91st/Bell Ave. & Thunderbird exists), approximately 35 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport and Scottsdale. Comfortably sleeps 6-8.

Fully equipped with kitchenware, linen, WiFi/internet, cable/ 3 TV's (new 42" LCD), radio, outside furniture, washer and dryer, hair dryer, baby seat, mountain bike's and a little red canoe w/motor.

Our home is decorated with a feeling of "vacation". Very open and airy. Comfy furniture, cool colors, seashells, and pictures of boats and fishermen. Adorable fish and lobster plates help set the mood for a "lobster feast". The nicely decorated and comfortable bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master suite is extra large with a very nice and private bathroom (sunken tub & separate shower) and a walk-in closet. There is another full bathroom upstairs along with a linen closet (plenty of fresh towels & linen). The main level has a large front room, a formal dining area, family room with wet bar, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and a washer and dryer room that leads to a 3-car garage. Home has tile and carpet throughout. Very nice and clean.

The back yard invites relaxation and tranquility. It is perfect for sitting in a lounge chair reading your perfect novel, sipping on your favorite beverage, jumping into a fresh pool of water (cold in the Winter), entertaining guests or taking a ride in our little canoe to see beautiful sunsets.

Our home is suitable for travelers who enjoy a quiet setting. Home is located in an exclusive area of Desert Harbor, Peoria, AZ. Families and friends alike are welcomed - just be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music or parties please. This is a non-smoking home.

Note: This home is located on a private lake with no fence to protect children. We have installed a "child proof" sliding door to deter any child entering the back yard alone, however, it is the sole responsibility of our guests to protect their children. Also, guests must assume full responsibility for useage of our canoe. The boat has two floating seat devices. You must be able to swim to use the pool and canoe.

Short-term rates starting at:

$1,800 weekly (7 day minimum), $200.00 for additional nights; includes utilities, Internet/WiFi, cable, cleaning fee, pool & landscaping services. $500.00 to reserve home, applied to rent (non-refundable.). Full rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.

1 month stay, starting at $2,900.00 (depending on season), includes utilities (water & electricity), cleaning fee, Internet/WiFi & cable, pool & landscaping services. $500.00 to reserve home, applied to rent. ($500.00 non-refundable if reservation is canceled for any reason.) Full rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.
